Employee Health Checks
Employee Health checks benefit not only the employees but the organisation now and long term. Insights gathered allow you to tailor future wellness initiatives whilst providing employees a snapshot of their health during a face-to-face consultation with a qualified health professional.
Employees receive advice on areas they can improve along with a booklet containing their results. The employer is provided with a summary of aggregated, de-identifiable statistical data outlining the overall health status of their employees.
Health Checks are conducted by specially trained and highly experienced Registered Nurses or other qualified allied Health Service Professionals.
After receiving and reviewing results with the Health Service Professional each employee is enlightened with greater insight into their general current health status, empowering them with ideas and strategies to maintain or improve their health and well-being.
Each attendee receives a Health Check Results Card summarising their results for follow-up with their regular Health Practitioner. An informative Health and Wellness brochure is emailed to them after their Health Check, reinforcing what they learned during their discussions and providing a great reference point to compare their results.
Employers are provided a summary of aggregated, de-identifiable statistical data outlining the overall health status of their employees for the purpose of workplace health and safety improvements and health initiatives. No individual employee results are provided to the employer.
